Who am I ?Coach

Following an initial career as an executive in Finance and later as a consultant focused on change management, I naturally turned to coaching, a practice I had already been engaged in within companies for 20 years.

Supporting individuals as they navigate challenging periods in their lives has always brought me immense fulfilment. There is nothing more rewarding for me than guiding someone through their journey of transformation, relief, and personal growth. Becoming a coach introduced me to a range of new tools and techniques, which immediately captivated me due to their therapeutic effectiveness and versatility in my daily practice. Among these, hypnosis and eye movement therapy stand out, offering a wide array of possibilities.

My role as a coach is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your goals, confront obstacles, and unlock your potential. With empathy and enthusiasm, I help foster meaningful change in your life, while encouraging thoughtful self-exploration.

My expertise lies in assisting individuals with HPI (High Intellectual Potential) & ADHD, but I also provide tailored support for a variety of challenges, including:

  • Managing Stress;
  • Preventing Burnout;
  • Building self-confidence;
  • Addressing fears and phobias;
  • Processing traumatic experiences (car accidents, breakups, assaults, etc.);
  • Soothing anxiety;
  • Coping with bereavement.

Continuous learning and self-improvement are central to my “Kaizen” philosophy. I regularly enrich my toolbox by attending training sessions and exploring innovative methods. This ongoing curiosity and desire to learn enable me to integrate new techniques into my practice, ensuring that each person benefits from the most effective and personalized support possible.
